Natasha Kapp is a partner in the Trusts & Private Wealth practice at Carey Olsen (Guernsey) LLP. Natasha advises trustees, family offices, UHNW individuals and their families on all aspects of their private wealth structuring and philanthropic giving. Natasha provides a holistic service advising on the establishment, administration and restructuring of complex trusts, foundations and corporate structures and related transactions. She is known for providing technical expertise and guidance to trustees and protectors in relation to the exercise of their duties and the management of potentially contentious matters. Natasha appears at the request of clients in specialist trust administration proceedings before the Royal Court. Natasha has a keen interest in philanthropy and has advised on the establishment of a number of significant philanthropies. She has more than 20 years' experience with more than 10 years specialising in Guernsey trusts advisory work and related matters. Natasha is a member of ACTAPS and is recognised as a leading practitioner in Legal 500 and Chambers.
