His practice covers international trust, corporate and commercial structuring; investment funds, commercial trusts and pensions; political risks, international sanctions and investment disputes; cross border estate planning and family governance and control; alternative dispute resolution, including the arbitration of trust disputes.

David has acted in numerous international and offshore trust, company and commercial disputes, including substantial fraud and asset recovery claims, in England and in the major offshore centres.
